// STRENIK.AUDITLENSE · AUDIT & COMPLIANCE
IN UAT
From checklist to closed finding — one tracked workflow.
Strenik.AuditLense replaces the spreadsheets and email threads teams use to run internal audits. Build reusable templates, work through checklists, and track every finding through remediation until it is verified and closed — with a live dashboard over the whole audit program.
// THE WAY AUDITS USUALLY RUN
The audits get done. The overview never does.
Checklists are copy-pasted from the last audit's spreadsheet — so every audit starts slightly different.
Findings live in ad-hoc trackers, one per auditor, with no agreed severity scale.
Remediation status lives in email threads — nobody is quite sure what was actually fixed.
Due dates slip silently, because nothing reminds anyone until the review meeting.
Management asks how the audit program is going — and the answer takes a day to assemble.
Not because the team isn't rigorous — but because spreadsheets and inboxes were never built to run an audit program.
// HOW IT WORKS
One flow. From template to verified closure.
Each stage feeds the next. Access follows assignment, statuses can't be skipped, and every action lands in the activity log.
01
Start from a template
Reusable templates carry the checklist — item titles, descriptions, policy and regulation references — so every audit starts consistent instead of copy-pasted.
02
Assign the audit
Create the audit, assign auditors and auditees, set the schedule. Access follows assignment: people see the audits they're on; managers see the whole organisation.
03
Execute the checklist
Auditors mark each item Pass, Fail, or N-A with notes. Everything saves automatically as they work, and a live progress bar shows exactly where the audit stands.
04
Log findings, track remediation
Failed items become findings with a severity, an assigned auditee, and a due date. Auditees submit written evidence and attachments; the workflow tracks every finding from Open to Verified.
05
Verify, close, report
Auditors verify the evidence and close findings — or send them back. An audit can't be completed while findings are unresolved, and the dashboard shows the whole program either way.
// WHAT'S IN THE PLATFORM
The full audit lifecycle, in one system.
One connected workflow — templates, execution, findings, oversight — with each organisation's data isolated and access enforced by role and assignment throughout.
Audit templates
Every audit starts consistent
Reusable templates with predefined checklist items and policy references. Duplicate to version, archive to retire — and the library stays searchable by name, type, and status.
Checklist execution
A live checklist, not a form to submit
Pass / Fail / N-A with notes, saved automatically as auditors work, with a live progress bar. Editable only while the audit is In Progress — never after.
Findings & remediation
Findings tracked until they're actually fixed
A severity, an assigned auditee, and a remediation due date on every finding. Auditees submit evidence with attachments; auditors verify and close — or reject it back into remediation.
Dashboard & reporting
The whole program at a glance
Audits by status, open and overdue findings, completion over time, and severity breakdowns — filterable, scoped to each role, with due-date reminders sent before anything slips.
// WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
Built for how audit responsibility actually works.
Access follows assignment, not just job title.
The same person can be auditor on one audit and auditee on another. Strenik.AuditLense scopes access per assignment — enforced in the API, not just hidden in the UI.
Your severity scale, not ours.
Each organisation defines its own severity levels — names, colours, order — instead of being forced into someone else's Critical/High/Medium/Low.
Status can't be faked.
Lifecycle transitions are enforced: an audit can't be marked complete while findings are unresolved, and remediation only moves forward through submitted, verified evidence.
An audit trail on the audits themselves.
Assignment changes and user actions are logged for traceability — the system that tracks your compliance can show who did what, and when.
